In the previous post i had explain about the common eating disorders that teenagers face this days.In this post, i will be explaining about the cause of the problem,& how to have a healthy diet.
Why exactly do teenagers face this problem?

They are influenced by the media, especially girls , who are driven by
the fear of being overweight. For those who are suffering
from eating disorders that makes them gain weight,
they might be stressed up with problems at school or home and might not be able to cope with these problems and soon turn to food which soothes them , at a momentary moment at least.
To improve eating habits


eat at regular times
- Snack on healthy foods e.g. fruit and cereal bars
- Eat variety of foods
- Eat more home cooked meals
- Pack food from home for lunch ( it saves $$ and is usually healthier! ;-)
Most of us will not understand the importance of eating healthily but eating healthily helps us in many ways.

- Gives us energy
- Maintains and help body tissues
- Ensure healthy growth
- Ensure body functions properly
