Skipping meals, snacking on junk food and eating out frequently.These are the most common eating habits that we teenagers follow.As a member of the YAH ( Youth Advolution of Health ) ,
we are advising you teenagers out there, yes you! on the healthy eating habits and the eating disorders that teenagers face.Although most of us find it unimportant to eat healthily, it actually is as eating unhealthily will cause you health problems in our later life.Some of us may have these unhealthy eating habits under control bud some doesn't.They suffer from eating disorders like Anorexia Nervosa and Binge Eating.In the next post, i will go into these 2 eating disorders.
